Best served between 10°C and 13°C

Food and wine matching : pairs well with white sea fish, poultry and cheese.

Grolleau Gris

Grape variety : Grolleau gris

Description of the wine : With a lot of suppleness, this wine will reveal citrus fruit aromas with a flattering and sometimes complex nose.
Best served between 9°C and 11°C

Food and wine matching : Perfect for "aperitif" either plain or as a kir, it also pairs well with sauerkraut or geat cheese.

Sauvignon

Grape variety : Sauvignon blanc

Description of the wine : with this wine you will taste powerfull aromas of the box tree and white flowers and even litchi ramos sometimes, and they get on very well with its round flavour.

Best served between 9°C and 12°C

Food and wine matching : sauvignon pairs well with all types of white fish as well as with goat cheese on toast and for the "aperitif".
