Cabernet Rouge
Grape variety : Cabernet Franc

Description of the wine : Because this wine is vinified with Thermovinification technics, it is fleshy a well as supple and full bodied in the mouth with hints of little red fruit, blackcurrant or fruit of the forest.

Best served at ambient temperature

Food and wine matching : it pairs well with all types of venison, red meat with sauce, and it also pairs well with stronger types of meat such as lamb.

Gamay Rouge

Grape variety : Gamay noir and Beaujolais

Description of the wine : along with the red colour of this "prim" wine you can find the aromatic typical of this grape variety that tastes like red fruit and lightly candied fruit. It has a supple and silky texture in the mouth.
