Grape varieties : Grolleau Gris and sauvignon blanc

Description of the wine : we have assembled these two grape varities as the bas for this wine to create a semi dry sparkling wine with fruity, rather aromatic and vivifying taste.

Best served between 7°C and 9°C.

Food and wine matching : perfect for the "aperitif" and important events. It can be drunk plain or as a kir without having a too sugary drink. It pairs well with white fruit desserts, pies or white chocolate mousse.

Packaging : available in 75Cl bottles.

History of a name: to give a wink to his women named Isabelle and Pauline, they chose of to mix letter to give Bell' ine
Grapes varieties: black Gamay and black Grolleau

Description of the wine: sparkling wine in the fine bubbles rosé! Gasified with a new method which allows the obtaining of finer bubbles. The aromas of the rosé wine stand out and joins to bubbles to give a light and fruity wine.

Temperature of service: 8 in 10°C

Association dishes and wines: in apéritif, or with various types of cakes, Bell' ine will accompany you in all your parties!

Conditonnement: available in bottle of 75Cl

Grape Juice

Our white or red grape juice (it depends on the year) gets no treatment but pasteurizing for its conservation, then it is bottled for everybody to enjoy!
